The device has 2-way communication. Pressing it will put you in direct contact with our certified Emergency Response Center and you will be immediately assisted by one of our Operators, trained in emergency care.
Your emergency will be assessed and the help that best suits your situation will be sent, whether it's family, friend, neighbor or first responders.
You will be 100% protected wherever you are.

With Simply SOS, you can rest assured that you will receive help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In case of emergency, you simply need to press the SOS button on your device. This will initiate a call to our certified Emergency Response Center, with a trained emergency response operator, who will assess the situation you are in and make the appropriate calls, either to first rresponders or emergency contacts (family, friends, neighbors), so that you can be assisted.

With the help of a Simply SOS Medical Alert System, a person can quickly call for help, rather than being alone for hours or even days waiting for help to arrive. This will also substantially reduce recovery time and the after-effects of any incident.

The device will alert you that you have pressed the button, if you want to cancel the emergency, you can press the button again and the call will be automatically cancelled.
If the call is already in progress, please do not hang up, let the Operator know that it was an accident, that way, the emergency call will be cancelled without any problem.

Simply SOS uses the highest quality battery. Under normal circumstances, approximately 4 to 5 days. As with all batteries, the battery life decreases over time.
Simply SOS Medical Alert System will alert when it's time to charge your device.

Yes, your device will work anywhere there is cellular coverage.

Yes, You can cancel Simply SOS at anytime with no cost. You must call the Customer Service Center or do it through your Customer Portal to cancel your Plan to ensure that you do not incur any unwanted charges.
The Simply SOS device is yours to keep, you do not need to return it.

The automatic fall detection will activate the emergency alert, our trained Emergency Response Operator will respond and will be able to determine your location through our GPS and send the help you need.
Since no fall detection system detects 100% of falls, if able, subscribers should always push their help button in an emergency.

Life happens, sometimes things get lost or damaged through no fault of your own. Protect yourself and save money with Simply SOS' Protection Plan, which is included when purchasing the yearly plan. Your device is covered from any accidental damage, loss or theft.
