Shipping Policy
Simply SOS items will be shipped via ground and may take 5 to 10 business days from the time of purchase.
Once the payment is successfully processed, the order will be shipped. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays and inclement weather may delay delivery, and Simply SOS is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by the carrier.
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent my email to the customer / subscriber.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your service by calling SimplySOS toll-free at 1 (888) 718-6250. Service will be cancelled effective the day the subscriber cancels.
No returns are necessary — the SimplySOS Emergency Response System, once purchased, is yours to keep.
